The five-book series follows Percy Jackson on his adventures as a demigod in a world ruled by the Greek gods.
I first started reading the series due to my sister’s request. It was the very first book series she fell in love with!
Now I understand her obsession with the characters.
Each character is so unique, so magically presented in the story; they each add a new sensation to the plot.
The plot itself is something insanely creative! After reading the first book, I would never have been able to guess what happened in the end! There are so many thrilling turns and plot twists! I couldn’t put the books down!
Not only did I enjoy the books, but I learned a lot more about Greek mythology in the process.
A must-read for greek-mythology buffs and anyone looking for adventure.
I thank Rick Riordan for his fantastic writing that has provided such a magical story.
